Terms of Service

LexLabs (lexlabsystems.com) is operated by the team at MHSB Solutions. These terms govern your purchase and use of LexLabs systems ("engines" and "packs") and related installation services. By purchasing, you agree to them.

What you are buying

Each engine or pack is a set of Lawmatics configurations (pipelines, forms, automations, email templates, campaigns, fields, and reports) that we install into your firm's own Lawmatics account, plus the included installation service: agency-share delivery, mapping to your fields and links, copy customization, activation, and a review call. You need an active Lawmatics subscription; LexLabs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Lawmatics, and your Lawmatics subscription is governed by Lawmatics' own terms.

License

On full payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the installed systems within your own firm's Lawmatics account, and to modify them freely for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the systems or their components outside your firm.

Install and access

Installation requires adding your firm to our Lawmatics agency account, which happens through a confirmation email you reply to. Typical installation completes within about one business day of your confirmation; timing partly depends on Lawmatics support turnaround.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawful use of the installed systems, including compliance with rules that apply to your practice (advertising and solicitation rules, e-sign rules, SMS/TCPA consent for text reminders, and your bar's requirements). The systems send communications you control; review and approve the copy before and after activation.

No legal advice

LexLabs provides software configuration and operations tooling. Nothing we provide is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created.

Warranty and liability

We warrant the systems will function in your Lawmatics account as described at install. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the system giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for changes Lawmatics makes to its platform.
