- What is the difference between an engine and a pack?
- Engines are single-outcome systems, $500 to $700 each: pick the one problem you want solved first. Practice-area packs, $1,500, bundle the Intake Velocity, No-Show Shield, and Reviews and Reputation engines preconfigured for your practice, plus the intake, fields, and nurture it needs. Packs do not include Ghost Revival or the Rainmaker Dashboard Pack; those stay available separately.
- Do I need a Lawmatics account already?
- Yes. LexLabs is built for Lawmatics and only Lawmatics. You bring an active Lawmatics subscription; we install the system into your own account.
- Which Lawmatics plan do I need?
- Any plan with pipelines, forms, automations, and custom reports covers the core systems. A few pieces have their own requirement: SMS reminders need texting enabled on your plan, while email reminders work on every plan. We confirm fit before we install.
- How do you access my account, and is it safe?
- Through the Lawmatics agency relationship. We email Lawmatics support and copy you, asking them to add your firm to our agency; you reply once to confirm. We take only the access an install needs, we do not extract or retain your client data, and you can revoke access any time in Lawmatics.
- What does my firm have to provide?
- An active Lawmatics subscription, plus a few specifics for your system: your lead sources, the from-address for automated email, and links such as your Google review page. Then the one confirmation reply that starts the access step.
- How long does installation take?
- About one business day from your confirmation reply for most systems. The main variable is how quickly Lawmatics support processes the agency-access request.
- Will it overwrite the workflows I already have?
- No. A system installs alongside your current setup and nothing is deleted. Tell us what already exists and we fit the install around it.
- Who owns the system, and can my team edit it?
- You do. On full payment you get a perpetual license to use and modify the installed system in your own account. Copy, timing, and fields are all yours to change afterward; nothing is locked.
- What is included, and what is out of scope?
- Included: everything listed on the engine or pack page, installed, mapped to your firm, and activated on a review call, plus a short written guide. Out of scope: fully custom workflows beyond what a system covers, or integrations outside Lawmatics. For bespoke work, a custom build is the better fit and is available on request.
- What is your refund policy?
- Full refund before we install, up to 14 days from purchase. After install, if a system does not work as described, tell us within 30 days and we fix it, or refund you in full. Care plans are month to month and cancel at the end of the billing period.
- Is LexLabs affiliated with Lawmatics?
- LexLabs is an independent Lawmatics specialist. Your Lawmatics subscription is governed by Lawmatics' own terms, and you keep it in your own name.
- Can I buy more than one system?
- Yes. Pick 3 Engines ($1,300) or the Whole Lab, all five engines ($2,500), both save against buying separately, and a pack buyer can add any engine later.
